Do you need some one on one coaching?  Coaching calls can be used to discuss any of your fitness/nutrition questions, concerns or simply to vent. 

Coaching calls help you to stay on track, work through tough weeks, and know you have a scheduled appointment call time to work on your goals with Meghan.

Hi! My name is Sammy and I began my journey with MO fitness 4 weeks ago. Before starting, I had already lost 66lbs by eating healthier and exercising. Over the summer months, I began to slide off track and would gain10lbs here then loose it, then gain it, etc by going back to my old eating habits and not working out.  Meghan first helped me 3 years ago after I had gained over 60 pounds, I reached out to her and she did all she could to help get me on the right track. Using the help and knowledge she gave to me I successfully lost that 60 pounds. That brings us to where I am today, with the hopes of competing in the upcoming year or two, I was desperately wanting not to lose anymore weight but to lean out while preserving the muscle I had worked so hard to gain. I also learn more about nutrition and how to properly feed my body for my goals. I knew exactly who I needed to go to for that help, Meghan Olsen. Meghan isn't like most coaches who just take your money, tell you what to eat and recommend supplements without explaining to you their reasoning for having you do certain things. Meghan's goal is to not only provide the help to get you to your personal goals, but she wants you to learn along the way, and she also wants you to know why she's having you do the things she does. I felt more like I was being taught about proper nutrition than just being told what to eat with no explanation as to why. I paired Meghan's nutrition plan with the weight lifting I love to do, and added in more cardio. After the 4 weeks I feel amazing, and I am more lean than I have been before. I had told Meghan I didn't want to lose my muscle mass along the way, and she gave me the tools to achieve my goals without doing so. The physical results were everything I wanted and more, but I also gained so much more knowledge than I ever have before. I'm now so confident in knowing how to property fuel my body. I have always been an athlete and have always enjoyed being in shape and working out.  However, I was never able to reach my goal which was to be lean and tone.  I've never been too worried about what the scale says because as long as I feel good and am happy with how I look that's what matters to me.  I started hitting the gym at college right after Christmas break, the whole "new year, new me" cliche and I wanted to get healthier.  It was about April that I messaged Meghan for information on her training plans and meal plans hoping I would be able to afford training with her since I am a college student.  To my excitement, it was very reasonable for the amount of training I was getting.  I started her online coaching program in April, which consisted of checking in once a week with my weight and progress picture, the ability to text/email her any questions, a training session with her if I ever came back in town and 3 free adjustments to my meal plan or workout plan so I didn't plateau.  I saw amazing results in the first 2 weeks alone and she continued to motivate me throughout.  Once I started to see results and that I wasn't plateauing it became easy to want to go to the gym and eat healthy.  I rarely felt the need to have cheat meals.  When I got to train with her at home, she kicked my butt!  She doesn't waste your time or your money.  Everything she has you do makes you sore, have difficulties walking, but in the end you feel so much healthier and stronger! My results only got better and better as the weeks went on and I can't wait to start training with her again!

Here is about a 9 week transformation of mine, I wish I would've been able to stick with her through summer as I know I could've made a lot more progress. But still so grateful and proud of my results, I lost about 10 pounds and felt so much healthier and stronger!
