Saturday/Sunday

Saturday:

Training- No Weights Workout 

Cardio-  Spin Bike - 40 minutes interval training 

Yoga- 1 hour yoga practice


Sunday: 

45 Minutes Treadmill incline walking- AM 

Cardio Kickboxing 45 minutes - PM

Yoga- 30 minutes practice 

Monday

45 minutes incline walking -am Fasted

Tuesday

Biceps/Triceps Weights Workout

Followed by 5 rounds of Boxing - Bag work. 

20 minutes of cardio on spin bike.

Wednesday

Leg Training -Body weight exercises.

Followed by 20 minutes of rowing. 

Thursday

Back Workout

Deads, Tbar Row, Lat pull down & rows.

Followed by Core training


Friday

REST DAY.
